In the event that your online purchase does not meet your expectations, KISAN accepts returns and exchanges on merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED. All returns must have ALL TAGS ATTACHED and be returned within 14 business days from the date of shipment.

All sale merchandise is final sale.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Please note that upon receipt of returned goods, KISAN reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet Return Policy requirements.

To process a credit or exchange of website merchandise, please contact our customer service 1-212-475-2470  you will be given a Return Authorization Code. The return code must be written on your packing slip and included in the package with the original invoice. If you are returning part of your order, enclose a copy of the original invoice in the packing slip.

The Packing slip with a Return Authorization Number is required for all returns.

Returns are for CREDIT STORE only.

We don't refund. Only store credit or exchange. Also, products purchased on sale are not exchangeable nor refundable.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D returns.
